Blueberry-Banana Bread 2 cups bisquick 2/3 Cup sugar 1 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries, rinsed and drained 1 cup mashed ripe bananas 2 eggs ¾ cup quick-cooking oats ¼ cup milk 1. Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9*5*3 in. 2. Mix baking mix, oats, sugar, bananas, milk and eggs in large bowl until moistened. Beat vigorously 30 sec. Fold in blueberries. Pour into pan. 3. Bake 45 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Cool 10 min; loosen loaf from sides of pan. Remove from pan; cool completely before slicing.
