Julie Andrews Baked Chicken Breast Supreme Ingredients [6] large chicken breasts split & boned [2] can(s) cream of chicken soup [1] #2 can(s) water chestnuts [1/2 cup] white wine [1/2 cup] water [1 dsh] parsley flakes Directions Coat chicken with mixture of salt, pepper and flour. Tuck into round or oval shapes and drop into hot oil until brown. Lay chicken in rows in baking dish that can be used for serving and strew water chestnuts over top. Mix soup, wine, water and pour over chicken, sprinkle with parsley. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for about one hour. Can be made in A.M. and served in P.M. Serve with rice casserole of wild rice or Uncle Bens' long grain rice. Serves {8}
