Barbeque Chicken Parmesan Boneless skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper to taste (optional) Your favorite barbeque sauce Grated fresh Parmesan cheese Pound chicken breasts flat; season with salt and pepper if desired. Barbeque or broil until chicken is done, turning once. A few minutes before chicken is done, top generously with barbeque sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Continue cooking until chicken is no longer pink, sauce is heated and cheese is melted. NOTE: We use a spicy barbeque sauce with some kick, so no additional seasoning was needed. Consider the sauce you are using before adding any seasoning.
