Honey-Glazed Chicken 1/2 cup (120 ml) soy sauce 1/2 cup (120 ml) honey 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder 2 teaspoons (10 ml) dry mustard 1 teaspoon (5 ml) grated lemon rind 2 T (30 ml) lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) seasoned pepper 1 3- to 3-1/2 pound (1.35- to 1.6-kg) chicken, cut up Combine all ingredients except chicken, stirring well. Set sauce aside. Grill chicken, skin side down, over medium coals 50 to 60 minutes or until done, turning chicken pieces every 10 minutes. Baste with sauce during last 20 minutes of grilling time. Makes 4 servings.
