Margarita Chicken A surprisingly easy to make, tangy chicken entree. Margarita Chicken 1 qt. bottle margarita mix 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. lime juice 1 Tbsp. garlic powder 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts Combine margarita mix, juices, and garlic powder in large skillet. Add chicken and simmer over medium heat 15-20 minutes until margarita mix has become a light glaze and chicken is fully cooked. Serves 4.
