Heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes. Turn chicken; cook an additional 4 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm. In small bowl, combine orange juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and pepper; blend well. Add to same skillet. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Add chicken. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
