This chicken has a tropical flair, is super yummy and easy to prepare.  Though designed for the barbeque, you can use your broiler. Paradise Island Chicken 1 whole chicken, cut up 1/2 cup (120 ml) soy sauce 2 T (30 ml) brown sugar 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cooking oil 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sesame oil 1/2 cup (120 ml) orange juice 1 large clove garlic, crushed or minced 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) fresh ginger Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.  Cover and marinate overnight or at least several hours. Grill chicken, basting with marinade frequently.  (Be sure to cook for several minutes after final basting to kill off any raw chicken cooties.) Makes 4-6 servings.
