Parmesan Chicken 1 cup (240 ml) dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup (60 ml) parsley flakes 1/2 cup (120 ml) Parmesan cheese Dash salt and pepper 1-1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) garlic powder 4 T (60 ml) butter or margarine, melted 1 chicken, cut up Combine bread crumbs, parsley flakes, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip each chicken piece in melted butter then in bread crumb mix.  Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.  Sprinkle any remaining butter and crumb mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, depending on size of chicken pieces. Makes 4-6 servings.
