Add vanilla then gradually beat in flour. Blend thoroughly. Roll dough into a log and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 300F. Roll out dough to 1/4" thick on lightly floured board. Cut with cookie cutters or cut into squares. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes until firm to light-touch.
