ITALIAN COOKIES 6 Eggs 1/2 C. Milk 1/2 C. Butter 6 Tbsp. Baking powder 2 C. Sugar 1 Tsp. Anise 6 C. Flour 1 Tsp. Vanilla Beat eggs, butter and sugar with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Refridgerate for at least 15 minutes. Shape into cookies; place on cookie sheet that is lightly greased. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes. You may frost when cool.
