Orange Fool 3 beaten eggs 1 c light cream 1/2 tsp grated orange peel 3/4 c orange juice 1/4 c sugar dash of ground nutmeg 1 tsp butter In saucepan combine eggs, cream, orange peel, orange juice, and nutmeg; cook and stir over low heat till mixture thickens slightly and coats a metal spoon, about 7 mins. (do not overcook) Remove from heat and stir in butter till melted. Pour into dessert dishes and chill.
