Peanut Butter Pie 1/2 C. Peanut Butter (either crunchy or creamy) 1/2 C. sugar 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. Cool Whip Graham cracker crust or standard pie crust (I have also tried Oreo, shortbread and vanilla wafer crusts --all are delicious) Mix peanut butter, sugar and cream cheese until smooth and well-blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in pie crust and chill in the refrigerator 3 hours. If you're in a hurry, chill it in the freezer for 45 minutes. Sometimes I top the pie with Oreos, chocolate Magic Shell or Reese's Pieces.
