Pumpkin Cake 2 c. flour  pinch allspice & ginger 1 2/3 c. white sugar           1 tsp. vanilla 4 eggs                         1-15 oz can pumpkin 1 c. oil                       1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda             2 tsp. cinammon 2 tsp. baking powder          Mix dry ingredients together.  Mix wet together.  Combine.   Place in greased and floured pan and bake at 350, I start checking at about 20 min. and is done when toothpick comes out clean. then Ice as follows.... Icing: 2 c. confectioners sugar 1/2 c. butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla I double this recipe and use a 9 X 13 pan. & It's scrumptious!!!
