Low-Fat Berry-Banana Smoothie 1 small banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen 1/4 c. fresh or frozen berries: strawberries, blackberries, raspberries 1 c. orange juice 3 tbsps. low-fat vanilla yogurt sliced fresh strawberries (optional) Combine frozen banana chunks desired berries, orange juice and yogurt in a blender container. Cover and blend till smooth. To serve, pour into tall glasses. If desired garnish with fresh strawberries. Makes 2 1 c. servings.
