Sinfully Good Scrambled Eggs Butter or margarine 3 eggs 1 T (15 ml) buttermilk 1-1/2 T (22.5 ml) mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste 1 slice cooked, crumbled bacon Combine eggs, buttermilk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and beat with a fork until well blended. Melt butter in small skillet, and when hot add egg mixture. Cook over low heat until eggs are partially set. Add crumbled bacon; finish cooking eggs. Makes 1-2 servings.
