Dijon Honey Chops Quick, easy and yummy describes this one. Remember, as with ALL pork, be sure it is well cooked. 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 pounds (570 to 680 g) pork loin chops, 3/4 inch (18 mm) thick Seasoned salt 1 T (15 ml) vegetable oil 1/3 cup (80 ml) orange juice 1-1/2 T (22.5 ml) Dijon mustard 1 T (15 ml) honey 2 teaspoons (10 ml) cornstarch Sprinkle both sides of chops liberally with seasoned salt. In a large skillet, heat oil; brown chops, about 2 minutes per side. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour mixture over chops. Cover skillet, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Makes 4 servings.
