Spicy Orange Beef and Vegetable Kabobs 1 pound (450 g) beef top sirloin steak 1 medium or large onion, cut in wedges 1 red or green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch (2.5-cm) squares 1/4 cup (60 ml) thawed orange juice concentrate 1/2 cup (120 ml) steak sauce 1 teaspoon (5 ml) crushed red pepper flakes On 4 skewers (5 if making beef kabobs) thread vegetables and beef chunks (if using).  Combine last three ingredients and brush over kabobs and steak (if making separate).  Broil or grill, turning and brushing with sauce ocassionally, until of desired doneness. (Brush with last of the sauce several minutes before finishing to kill off any raw meat cooties.) Makes 2-3 servings.
