Potato Soup 6-8 potatoes, diced 1 tablespoon parsley flakes 1.5-2 cups ham, diced 5 cups water 1 or 2 medium onions, chopped A dash of pepper 1 carrot, chopped 1/2 stick margarine 4 chicken bouillon cubes Mix all the above ingredients in crock pot. Cook for 10-12 hours on low. Add one can Pet evaporated milk and one pound American cheese (cheese is optional, we only add about 1/4 pound of cheese) to crock pot one hour before serving.
