Cheese Vegetable Soup [slowcooker] Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 cup whole kernel corn, frozen (if canned, drain) 1 cup cubed potatoes 1 cup thinly sliced celery 1 cup carrot slices 1/2 cup chopped onions 2 cups water 2 beef bouillon cubes 1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1 (16 ounce) jar processed cheese sauce (e.g., Cheez Whiz) Directions: 1. Brown the ground beef and drain. 2. Put all ingredients except the cheese sauce in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. 3. After 8-10 hours, add cheese sauce and gently stir until well blended. Makes 4 -6 servings
