Easy cobbler recipe... [slowcooker] 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling 1 cup AP flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp almond extract (I use vanilla) 1/4 tsp salt 1. Spray inside of 2 to 3 1/2 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. 2. Pour pie filling into cooker. 3. Beat remaining ingredients with spoon until smooth. Spread batter over pie filling. 4. Cover and cook on high heat setting 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. I have made this recipe several times and it's delicious. You can substitute with apple pie filling or any other type of filling.
