Glazed Corn Beef [slowcooker] 1 3.5 to 4 LB corned beef brisket 2 Tab prepared mustard 1 1/2 teas cream-style horseradish 2 Tab red wine vinegar 1/4 cup molasses In slow cooker, cover beef with water. Use the spices. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or until tender. Drain beef, place on broiler pan or ovenproof platter. Preheat oven to 400. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Brush on all sides of meat. Bake, brushing with sauce several times, about 20 minutes or until meat begins to brown. Cut into thin slices.
