Saucy Porkchops [slowcooker] 8 {3/4 inch} thick porkchops 1/4 C chopped onion 1/2 C chopped celery 1 C ketchup 1/2 C water 1/4 C lemon juice 2 Tbsp brown sugar 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp vinegar 1 Tbsp mustard 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt Place porkchops in crockpot. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well to mix. Pour over porkchops. Cover & cook on low for about 6 hrs. or until tender. *Note: I tend to be a last minute person... I use FROZEN chops and cook on HIGH for about 5 hours and get the same results with no problem.
