Crockpot Scalloped Potatoes 8 large potatoes, pared and sliced (I left the skin on) 1/2 cup (120 ml) butter or margarine 1/2 cup (120 ml) onions, chopped 1/3 cup (80 ml) flour 2 teaspoons (10 ml) salt 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) pepper 3 cups (720 ml) milk Place potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Slice stick of butter and spread over top of potatoes. Layer onions on top of butter. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over onions. Pour milk over all. Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours. Stir occasionally. Makes about 12 servings.
