Crockpot Southwestern Chicken Stew 4 chicken breasts, sliced or cubed 1 can Rotel 1 can Corn 1 can Black Beans ( I used Pinto Beans) I added to this recipe (to taste): chili powder garlic powder cayenne powder dash of sugar put it all in the crockpot (don't drain anything) and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
