Spinach-Squash Crockpot Soup 1- ounces frozen spinach 3 yellow squash, diced 1 onion, minced 2 carrots, diced 4 cloves garlic, finely minced 6 oz Can V8 juice (try the picante flavor - it adds ZIP!) 1/2 cup canned navy beans, rinsed and drained 4 cups water 1 teaspoon salt Throw it all in your crock pot and turn on high. Let cook 5 to 8 hours and then enjoy! Makes 6 servings
