Crockpot Stroganoff a.. 16 oz package Egg Noodles b.. 1 pound stew meat cut into 2" pieces c.. 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) beef bouillon d.. 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped e.. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder f.. 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained g.. 1 can cream of mushroom soup h.. 1 cup sour cream i.. 1 tablespoon paprika To thicken as needed: a.. 3 tablespoons cornstarch b.. 1/4 cup cold water Place beef, onion, bouillon, garlic powder and mushrooms into crockpot. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8-10 hours. To serve: Cook noodles, drain and rinse with warm water. While noodles are cooking, turn crockpot to high setting. Heat until bubbling. Stir in soup, sour cream, and paprika, blending until smooth. *Heat through. Serve over hot noodles
