Stuffed Peppers [slowcooker] 6 medium green peppers 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck 1 medium onion, diced 1 can corn, drained 1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained 1 can tomato soup 1 cup rice (i used Success Rice in the boil bags) 1/2 pound (maybe) of mozzarella cheese Cut the tops off the green peppers, seed and dice up tops Brown ground beef, onion, and diced peppers, drain and place in bowl wash peppers add corn, stewed tomatoes, and rice mix together and stuff the peppers and place in crockpot (i put 5 around the bottom and 1 on the top and put some of the leftover meat mixture in between the peppers) toped with a can of tomato sauce) about 15 minutes before I was ready to serve, I sprinkled the cheese over them I cooked this on high for the first hour and then low for another 4 hours The peppers were so soft that they fell apart,
