SWEDISH MEATBALLS            Bake 1/2 hour.          2 lb.    Hamburg        3 slices Bread soaked in milk 3    Eggs        1 Tbs.    Mustard 1 Tbs.    Ketchup        2 tsp.    Sage 1    Chopped onion            Salt & Pepper                      Mix, form balls, roll in flour. Brown in pan              Put meatball in casserole dish,               Add remaining flour to fry pan w/ the fat from the meat. Add 2 cups of water. Mix well.  Pour into Casserole & bake slowly for 1/2 hour.
