Crockpot Turkey and Wild Rice Casserole Ingredients: 3 slices bacon, cooked and cut up 1/2 pound turkey breast cut up into small pieces 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped carrot 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 cans chicken broth 1/2 can cream of chicken soup 1/8 tsp. marjoram Dash of pepper 3/4 cup uncooked wild rice (make sure you rinse it) Directions: Brown the turkey in the bacon fat until brown and then add the onions, carrots and celery and cook for a couple of minutes more. Mix the soup and chicken broth together in the crock pot and add the turkey mixture, then bacon and the wild rice. Cook on LOW setting 6-7 hours. YIELD: 4 servings
