CRAB QUICHE 1 Package Louis Kemp Crab Delights 8 Oz. -- flaked 3/4 Cup Sargento Light Shredded Mexican Cheese 1/2 Package Fat Free Cream Cheese (8 Oz Package) -- cut into 1/4" cubes 1/4 Cup Green Onions -- sliced 1/2 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Basil 1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Bisquick 1 Cup Skim Milk 1/2 Cup Egg Beaters Mix crab delights, shredded cheese, cream cheese, onions, salt and basil in a medium bowl. Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Beat remaining ingredients with an electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour over crab mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. 6 servings, 3 POINTS each
