EASY FAT-FREE FROSTING

1pkg. of ff/sugarfree pudding, any flavor
1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
1 envelope Dream Whip topping mix

Beat the milk, whipped topping mix and pudding on a low speed 
until blended and then on high for 4-6 minutes or until soft peaks form. 
Makes about 3 cups. Enough to frost a 13x9 cake. Refrigerate.

Dreamwhip is a dry topping mix. You can usually find it near the Jell-O at the grocery store.
